This domain was previously held for the sale of alleged counterfeit Beats Electronics, LLC (“Beats”) products. Control of this domain has been transferred to Beats, the rightful owner of the BEATS Trademarks, pursuant to a temporary court order. Beats took this action to protect the Beats brand and the consumer from unknowingly purchasing counterfeit products.  The websites listed in the complaint are not affiliated with the genuine Beats brand.  Beats and its counsel cannot provide any additional information regarding any orders placed with any of the websites.

If you believe that you have been victimized and you used a credit card, we suggest that you request a refund from your credit card company by calling the telephone number on the back of your credit card or on your monthly statement.  In addition, you should NOT have to pay any shipping or restocking charges to send counterfeit products back to the defendants.

  • Date and amount of purchase
  • The name of defendants’ company as it appears on your credit card statement
  • Payment type (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Western Union, etc.)
  • Addresses provided by the defendants to return products
  • Email correspondence with defendants
  • New websites or domain names operated by defendants


You will not receive a response, but any information may be useful for continued anticounterfeiting efforts.





The defendants operating the Defendant Internet Stores listed in Schedule A to the Complaint are hereby advised:

Any answer or other response to the Complaint should be filed with the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, Chicago, Illinois within twenty-one (21) days from January 3, 2014. If no appearance or pleading is filed, the Court may render a judgment against the defendants.
